Annoying behaviors
I find when you are around someone doing a really annoying thing like…repeatedly clearing their throat, keeping a running tally of the behavior significantly reduces how annoying it is. In fact you almost start hoping for it to happen again so you can make another tally. I figured this out sophomore year of college when I had a prof that said “mmmk” several hundred times an hour....

Also, he banned torture. Happy January 22. As I understand, cancer should be cured by the end of the week so the unicorns can ship on schedule.
Illustrator
I need to find an Illustrator or some other artist that will let me use their designs to make motion graphic / animations. I’m just not good enough at design to make them myself. But I think I could succesfully recreat their work and make them move in neat ways. Maybe I should just learn how to design better.
chili cook off
Any time I hear the phrase “chili cook off” I automatically think of South Park and Cartman’s Chili Con Carnival. You know…the one where cartman makes Scott Tenamen eat his parents.
same question to my brother
Me: has obama fixed the world yet?
Thomn: almost
Thomn: i mean god created the earth in 7 days
i would give Obama at least 3 days to fix it
the world is safe!
Me: Has Obama fixed the world yet?
Dad: yeah, just after coffee.
Me: Wow, I feel bad for being so skeptical.
Dad: We coast for the next four years.
Dad: and the next four after that.
You know what?

Although I’m proud of Obama, I’m not getting too excited yet. I want to see him do great things before I get excited. I want to see him keep his promises before I start to cry. Afterall, he is still a politician. Nonetheless, it is still a great day but I’m not as excited as I was on November 4th.

Took my car to get an estimate today. Turns out it will be about $1868.11! I’m happy for insurance. I would not enjoy paying that out of pocket.

That is cool. My Grandpa and I have the same birthday. the day i was born my dad called him up and wished him a happy birthday. He then told my grandpa that he got him a grandson for his birthday. he just said “oh, how nice.” in a very unexcited way. its ok I think he was excited inside - i don’t think us Radtke’s are much for showing emotions.
P.S. Happy...
My car crash:
So as some of you have seen i was rear ended Saturday night. Now that I have some time ill explain the situation a bit…and some of the hassles I’m going through to get my car fixed.
Saturday night Rachel and I were going to a movie. Approching an intersection the light turned yellow and I had enough time to stop. Like most law abiding drives I did so. There was some ice and I slid a...
Some artsy people are way to oppressive. Just because someone doesn’t make art for a living or might not even be great at it doesn’t make them any less of an artist. Some people are just trying to be creative and have fun. Get over yourself you snobs…you arnt in danger of being any less artsy because of these people.
Note about the Metallica show last night...

Very cool concert. We were a little behind schedule and because of traffic behind backed up for a mile on the expressway, we missed all of the openers…oh darn ;P
They put on a great show, lasers, flames coming up from the stage, very cool. Although, I wouldn’t think a great metal band would really need any of that. Anyway, one thing I noticed that I would share is that during...
read the signature!
I have concluded that people (at least at my work) don’t read the signature at the bottom of an email. The issue is… my first name is John. Officially on paper work and things like that my name is John. So my work email address always comes as john when i send people stuff.
I go by my middle name Mike or Michael and that is how I end every email i send out. It automatically puts my...

mikesova:
I’m going down to see Metallica in about 24 hours. Was Death Magnetic any good?
I will see you there! and no…not that great. a couple good songs. but good news is they will probably only play a couple songs off that album and the rest will be face melting classic metallica off of master, justice, and some black.
